If so, can we transform this state of mind - of being, and turn it all completely around into becoming a quintessential, peaceful, joyful soul at one with the world as family?

Valli Waugh is Certified in the United States in The Work of Byron Katie. He is currently mentoring candidates from around the world in the Byron Katie International Certification program, and supporting new mentors in their mentoring of candidates.

Our suffering comes from believing the stressful thoughts in our minds. That is how we pollute and poison our world. The Work of Byron Katie is a simple and very powerful way of identifying those thoughts and questioning them.

When we question them with an open mind we find a world that isn't polluted by our stressful stories. We discover a life that is kinder and more loving and peaceful. That's who we already are, when we are not believing the painful stories in our minds.
